Smoked mac ‘n’ cheese loaded with brisket burnt ends and topped with sliced frickles.
Our homemade buttermilk fried chicken breast served on a waffle with bacon & maple syrup.
Fries or homemade nachos loaded with brisket 'burnt ends', pulled pork, cheese, jalapeños, red chillies & bbq sauce.
Thick square-cut St. Louis spare ribs, bourbon bbq mopped & finished on the chargrill w. fries & slaw.
Slow smoked sliced brisket, mature cheddar, chopped pickles & our Tennessee BBQ sauce on a brioche bun with maple mayo, lettuce, tomato & onion ring.
